WOD: 4-13-13

Team WOD: 10 rounds for time:

P1) 400M Run

P2) 10 Burpees
20 Kettlebell Swings (24/16)
40 Double Unders


The rules…

Partner A will run 400M
Partner B will perform 15 Kettlebell Swings and then 30 Double Unders
When the run is finished Partners A and B will switch roles only if Partner B has finished all 70 reps
Once the first three steps are completed, you have completed one round
